How do I get my files?
After checkout, you'll receive an email with your downloads: the interactive board, a Start Here guide and a link to the printable template pack. Your files are also saved on your order page.
Is anything shipped?
No. Everything is a digital download.
I didn't get my email. What do I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can also find your downloads on your order page by signing in to your account. Still nothing? Email support@pinboardstudio.com with your order number.
How do I print the pages?
Print on letter size (8.5 x 11 in) at 100% or "Actual size". The ivory and light pages are best for home printers. The black pages use a lot of ink, so consider a print shop for those.
Do I need Canva?
Only for the printable pages. A free Canva account is all you need. Canva Pro is not required.
Is my board saved?
Your board saves automatically on the device and browser you used. Use Backup to download a copy so you can restore it later or move it to another device.
How do I save my board as a picture?
Press "Save as picture", wait a moment, then press the Download button that appears.
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If the files won't open or download after we've helped you troubleshoot, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund your order.
Can I share or resell the files?
Your purchase is for personal use only. Please don't resell, share or redistribute the files.
